Hello, Thank you for your question. It appears that your symptoms are due to hormonal imbalance as a consequence of ovarian cysts. Raise in temperature appears after hormonal imbalance and may remain persistent. Additionally, nausea, abdominal & back pain may also appear due to this. I would recommend consulting a gynecologist for physical examination and investigations. Treatment approach will completely depend upon the severity of the condition. Hope this helps.
My daughter had same thing for 5 months--fevers every night, anemic, lost 20lbs(she was 10 and only weighed 70 to begin with) and took her to the hospital after tired of dealing with local drs. They had us go to infectious dr, then after I reported her having a lot of gas to a pediatric GI dr--she has Crohn's disease.
