A Disease?

I wanted to know if I really am suffering from some kind of disease.
At 16 years old, I started to have a poor memory, and now I often forgot things easily even though I heard or seen it just a second ago.
Whenever I am walking, I would just realize that I have fallen asleep, and when I opened my eyes I would lose my balance.
This time, I have noticed that I always have some kind of skin diseases in my arms and legs and they appear differently, they don't look the same, and they also appear once a month.
Now, I have a poor hearing too,
And I think my vision would be lost also, because as I type these words they looked blurred.
I don't what kind of disease I am suffering, but when I had encountered some kind of disease called spinocerebellar degeneration disease, I feel like I have that, but I don't display all the symptoms that it creates.
I wish that these things was just nothing, and every teen is experiencing it, I wish that this is just a normal situation.
Right now, I cannot help my self from sleeping, as if I wanted to sleep the whole day, I had slept one day for a maximum of 13 hours, and I am always hungry even though I just finished my lunch.
   I am always like these.
Can anyone help me to analyze this?
I'm calling for doctors who have some knowledge about these things.
   I need some help
Because I had lost so many things because of this unknown disease.

And I don't think that poor nutrition and lack of deep sleep causes this. Actually, I have a lot of it.

No, I never done that. Any step that would help me with this. Actually, I really do not want to go to the doctor, I'm afraid it would lead to serious situations. When I go to the doctors, they would confirm my disease, if I really have that. And I'm nervous. Maybe, it would be better if I just didn't know what I really have, my life would be easier to live with.

Have you taken any MRI?  Any lumbar puncture test?  Any blood tests.  Hope your doctors have done all of it.  Even hormone imbalance can cause lot of bad things.

Poor nutrition, stress, anxiety and lack of deep sleep, all these can cause your problem.
