Thank you for the advise, i didn't realize it till now, but I forgot to mention that when I turn my body, but not my feet, i have a sharp pop in my right knee.
My dad had to have surgery on both knees, I HATE the thought of having surgery done, so I have 'chickened out' i guess you could say about going to get them looked at.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there. This seems to be knock knees or genu valgum. It may be idiopathic or because of disease like obesity or rickets. It may also be seen in association with certain syndromes. If this is disabling and interfering with your daily activities, you need to undergo a corrective osteotomy. Consult your orthopaedician to examine you in detail and he would be able to advise you aptly. Take care.
