Aneurysm of MI, ACA & MCA

Readiologist reported from my CT angiography as:
" Aneurysm at junction of MI segment and all sigment of anterior cerberal artery ACA and MCA. Measurement is 8.4 x 4.7 x 6.2mm."
Would you propose ist suitable treatment? I can attach the all snaps of CT angiography on requirement.

Hi
Thank you very much to take pain in my case. This all happened with my nephew. He is 19 Years old ( very young guy). My neuro physician advised me to operate it as soon as possible. Its treatment is only clipping as he stated. You will have seen in CT angiography, Aneurysm is at the junction of MI segment. Would you suggest any other best solution without surgury?

Thanks

Hi,

For aneurysm that are symptomatic, now a days embolization is a treatment good treatment option. Besides, symptomatic treatment, consultation of physiotherapist also helps in providing relief in your symptoms.

Hope it helps.
