Anyone know what’s wrong with me? Please help

Hello im 16 years old.
I use minocycline for acne and ever since I used it and seshed I been feeling very weird

What happened-- I smoked weed with my friends , i passed out but before i remember feeling vains in my head pump blood of something. I woke up with as if i was out of my body, heart pumping fast to me, kind of floating in and out of counsiousness, slurred speach , didnt know what i was saying , i would feel my head and it would feel very weird

Now: this "out of it" feeling has been going on for some months and the doctors took blood tests all came back normal, thats it besides prescriptions that did not help. i feel out of my body, ive been depressed, vision has been more blurry, some certain noises hurt my ears, dizzy, off balance while standing, trouble concentrating, memory is not too good. I need help ! i will answer any questions feel free to ask if you think you know what this feeling is.
