Help with Child's Brain/Spinal MRI Results

My son had a recent MRI following brain surgery six months ago. In terms of neurology, my son (toddler) currently has seizures, hypotonia (currently followed by PT/OT/Feeding Therapy for his muscle weakness which is progressively becoming worse and/or regressing), and has ataxia. His results note new findings from his first MRI and are as followed:

1. hypoplasia of the basiocciput;
2. nonspecific focus of T2 prolongation within the left periatrial white matter;
3. Sagittal T2-weighted images demonstrate apparent patchy heterogeneous signal intensity within the cord at the level of C2; and
4. hemosiderin staining on right cerebellar tonsil (this, I assume is from his decompression surgery for a Chiari).

Does anyone have any insight about what any of these findings or medical terms mean or could potentially mean?
