Babinski reflex positive

Hi, I have had undiagnosed neurological issues for over 3 yrs, first MRI showed multiple demyelination lesions, I had a severe headache with weakness on my right side, tremor and speech issues, and hyperreflexia. I was diagnosed with migraines in August this year after stopping all medications. This week I got a new migraine and all the old symptoms came back along with a positive babinski reflex in both feet.

My dr says this can happen with migraine but I am not convinced,
