Bumps on my head

I found two bumps at the base or near the hairline on the left posterior side of my head approximately ten years ago. A general surgeon said they were nothing to worry about unless they changed in size. Recently, I found a third bump more on the right posterior side of my head approximately two inches higher than the other two bumps which still remain. While they could be small cysts, as I had one on my forearm removed and have one on the inside of my left knee, I am wondering if I should have these "bumps" checked. The bumps are all approximately the size of a dime. While I have not noticed any neurological symptoms relevant to language, memory, etc., I occasionally have tingling, numbness, or a hot feeling on the right side of my face, as well as occasionally getting headaches that are more focal in nature either in the left temporal or the posterior part of my head. I also recognize such symptoms could be somatic in nature given the stress that is inherent within my occupation but wanted to see if such signs and "bumps" are something that should be checked out. I appreciate any input. Thanks!

I get these same kinds of bumps. But mine were just cysts and they are easy to remove. You have to get some kind of imaging done to find out what they are first.

Good luck!

I would like to correct one error from the original post. The numbness, tingling, or hot feelings occur on the left side of my face not the right side. Also, it occasionally occurs with simultaneous feelings of pressure in my left jaw. I was in a car accident when I was 16 where I sustained multiple injuries including a fractured jaw and cheekbone on the left side as well as a fractured hip and pelvic bone on the left side. Again, I appreciate any insight. Thanks!
