Please help me with my MRI reading, docs say its nothing

This is the response of my MRI reading:

L4-5: There is no evidence of disc desiccation, disc herniation, or spinal canal narrowing. There is mild facet arthropathy and tiny bilateral facet effusions without significant neural foraminal stenosis.

L5-S1: There is diffuse disc desiccation with a moderate central/left paracentral disc protrusion. Annular fissure is also noted. The disc protrusion abuts and effaces the traversing left S1 nerve root resulting in left lateral recess stenosis. However, there is no definite nerve root flattening to suggest impingement. There is no significant narrowing of the thecal sac. Mild facet arthropathy is present without significant neural foraminal narrowing.

Impression:
1. Moderate central/left paracentral disc protrusion at L5-S1 results in left lateral recess stenosis. The disc protrusion abuts and effaces the traversing left S1 nerve root within the lateral recess without obvious nerve root impingement.

2. Mild facet arthropathy at L4-5 and L5-S1.

What prompted the need for the MRI?  Have you taken the results to another doctor to get another opinion on them?

I was immobile and had to be taken to the hospital and after 24 hours later nothing would take the pain away. I got the MRI while at the hospital and said nothing was wrong.
Gotcha- do you have a neurologist to follow up with?  I'd highly recommend following up with one, when you are in an ER situation- details are going to get missed as their job is just to get you repaired enough to get out the door.  You will want to have someone take a look at the MRI, gather more of your medical history, and walk with you through the process of figuring out what happened a bit more.
Well i have an app for next friday but the pain is umberable and i have tried and taken everything in the book to help my pain buty job consist of sitting 8 hrs a day so during those 8 hrs i am in excrutiating pain but thank you.
So sorry you are still in so much pain!  You could head back to the ER for the pain- but likely they won't be able to diagnosis what's happening (just like last time).  If it gets too bad, I would take that option to see if you can get some relief.  You may also call the doc you have an appointment with and see if they can get you in sooner- sometimes if you are a little pushy they can.
