I go to bed at night just fine, around 5:00 AM I wake after what seems like prolonged dreaming. It evokes panic and anxiety and if I try to fall back asleep I enter right back into this REM dream state, like before I even fall entirely asleep. I can almost control the dialogue. I'm scared and when I finally wake up I don't feel well. I wake up crying every morning because i'm so sick from this. Please help me, Amanda
