Can someone please help me understand my MRI results? I am experiencing a lot of chronic pain in neck, back, and in my right leg. I am feeling a burning sensation in back. Pins and needle, sharp, stabbing is what I am experiencing
C2-3 loss of disc hydration, C3-4loss of disc height and hydration. Disc herniation indents anterior thecal sac with cord deformity and central stenosis. C4-5 loss of height and hydration with disc bulge and spondylosis indenting anterior thecal sac with cord deformity and central stenosis, unchanged. Neural foramina are stenotic bilaterally. C5-6 loss of disc height and hydration with disc bulge indenting anterior thecal sac unchanged. C6-7 loss of disc height and hydration with disc bulge indenting anterior thecal sac, unchanged. C7-T1 There is no herniated nucleus pulposus or significant central spinal canal stenosis. Nueral foramina are patent. The cord signal, posterior fossa structures and paraspinal tissues appear normal. L4-5 Loss of disc hydration. Disc bulge effaces ventra epidural fat indenting anterior thecal sac. Posterolateral disc bulge in combination with facet arthropathy narrows the bilateral neural foramina. L5-S1 1 mm posterolisthesis of L5 on S1. Disc herniation incompletely effaces ventral epidural fat.. Posterolateral disc bulge in combination with facet arthropathy produces bilateral neural foramen stenosis. Posttraumatic etiology cannot be excluded. Conus medullaris appears unremarkable. Paraspinal tissues appear unremarkable.
