Pain on right side of head

I have a pain on the right top side of my head when I push down on it.  I took advil and it kinda went away but I feel pressure still.  My doctor said to take Advil and stop pushing on it.  Didnt like that answer to much.  just wondering what that could possibly be.  I am 24 years old.  Please get back asap.  Thanks

thanks for the opinion.  I will give it time its just weird because when i push down it feels like a headache.  I dont know.  Maybe i am wierd but thanks again

It does seem a bit strange that you have decided to push down on your head.  If you are doing this a lot then it will bruise and of course hurt.  Don't mean to sound harsh but if this is the only problem then your doctor has a point, just stop poking it!  There may be some organic problem going on, but you are unlikely to get very helpful responses if it seems you are just hurting yourself.  Maybe if there are other symptoms you are worried about you need to make these more clear.  I really do wish you find the answers you are looking for, especially if you have a gut feeling there is something wrong.  Otherwise, just accept it as part of you.  We all have some weird thing going on in our bodies somewhere or other, maybe this is just yours.
