I have been experiencing a daily, mild-to-moderate bifrontal headache for the past 4 months. The headache often feels like a dull pressure inside my head, or rarely like a tight band around my head. It gets worse when I sit down, bend over, touch the pillow with my head when laying down in bed, or jump.
Sometimes during the day, my eyes get dry and tired, even if I haven't been using screens. My headache tends to disappear at these times. After some time, my eyes go back to normal, and then the headache reappears. When I move my shoulders, they feel stiff. Watching screens seems to trigger or worsen the headache.
I had a brain MRI, neurological exam, routine EEG, eye exam, blood tests, and ECG, and all tests were normal. I am still not sure what is causing my headaches.
I will tell how it all started:
One night, while I was watching my phone, I took a break and noticed that the door was moving. I didn't think much of it, but in the next few days, more symptoms appeared. While I was watching my computer, my eyes would not want to focus. This continued until I started getting a daily headache.
I want to mention that before these symptoms appeared, I was sleeping 3-4 hours per night and using screens pretty much all day.
