Head Tremors

I was getting my EEG done and for some odd reason I just really wanted to get up and move around. I didnt feel comfortable there at all. When I closed my eyes it was like i could still see images like the outline of my blanket and i watched it as i breathed in and out the image would move as well which was concerning to me since my eyes were closed. Ive never had issues with strobe lights in the past but as they were doing the test with my eyes closed it was like sensory overload. I felt like I kept seeing this gray with red specs in the gray everytime that light went off. I told her I had to stop and than my neck and head started to tremor and my body felt tingely...i dont think i had a seziure but could someone explain what some off this is?

Hi.

Were you anxious of the procedure ? Do you have any fear of the dark ?

And it will help if you cold mention the reason for the EEG. It could be related.  The stimulation due to the light could give rise to the feature of the gray and the specs.
