Hi my name is Candace. I am a 49 year old female from Canada and I have neuro symptoms. Could someone help me understand the following results.
Thank you in advance. I have gait, bladder issues, fatigue, brain fog and sometimes small handwriting and tremor only intention tremor.
2010 nov 29 CT scan. No contrast.
Impression: unremarkable study.
2011 Jan 25 MRI to rule out ms
impression. Incidental sinus mucosal disease.
2013 Oct 3 CTScan
Impression: no convincing evidence of acute or subacute infarct. If indicated follow up suggested.
2014 April 6 CT scan.
Impression: Brain parenchyma and ventricles: moderate cerebral atrophy with mild bilateral microangiopathic change noted.
2014 April 14. MRI without contrast.
Impression: predominantly parietal cerebral volume loss unusual for this patients age. This is superimposed on diffuse mild cerebral volume loss supratentorially. Clinical correlation is recommended.
2015 February 3. Brain perfusion scan. Spect.
Impression: there is normal perfusion to the superficial gray matter symmetrically. There is asymetric perfusion involving the basil ganglia specifically hypoperfusion of the left putamen. Perfusion to the head of the bilateral caudate nuclei appears normal.
