Feeling dizzy for a fraction of a second and it happens often

HI.. I often feel like my head is spinning, or my brain is moving inside my head just for a fraction of second. If i have to rate it, its 1 on a scale of 10. I have been feeling this since i started diet and to walk to loose weight (June 1, 2015), but today I'm feeling it more, for like continuously for now (June 14, 2015), its 4 on a scale of 10.

I walk an hour a day since June 1, 2015. It happens usually during night. Along with this i get light muscle contraction on my tongue, on a scale its 1/10. I started getting both of these after i started walking an hour a day.

Along with these, i also get pulse sensation on my biceps of both arms. I can see my a small part biceps beating like heart. It's not always not on biceps. Sometimes it appears on my legs too, its hard to specify where, but usually thighs or ankle. I also get this near shoulder joint.

I used to get heart palpitations before, but i haven got any since last 6 months. I also used to get pin/needle pain sensation in my heart and left arm, but i haven got any since last 6 months.

I'd advise you to get a full body check-up because often the culprit is something else!
I used to have tingle in my shoulders. It turned out to be due to lack of Vitamin D!
So kindly get your self diagosed!!!!
