Fizzing sound in the back of my neck

I've had this for a few years now, i don't remember exactly how long. I've talked to people about this and no one i know seems to know what it is. When i looked it up online i saw people who had it saying it was fluids moving, or related to hunger, anxiety, stress, or depression. I also observed that some people thought it was some rather serious cases like tape worms moving up or some disorder where your brain covers the entrance to your spine where the cerebral fluid should travel. This didn't really concern me at all for years, after all its just a noise and it doesnt hurt me. But recently my circulation is being cut off very easily in all of my limbs, and i keep getting a sensation that feels like my limbs are falling asleep, but they still have fine movement and feeling. I keep getting stomach pains and pains in the ribs, they stayed for a straight week but then they kinda got less and less, i get them once in a while now. I also started getting less hungry lately so im eating less, could because its summer now though. I've also gotten a lump and pain in my throat where my left nostril comes out that makes it sore to swallow. so im getting all these weird things for the last month and i'm sincerely hoping its nothing serious. I'm just wondering if the fizzing sensation might have caused all of this. Does anyone actually know what it is? Im 17 im extremely worried about this and im hoping for some answers. I only get the fizzles when im usually sitting or laying down and ive been getting them a lot recently. Please can someone explain this.
