It is very difficult to live with back problems and your symptoms are quite disturbing. Let me tell you that every human being is different and special and do not compare with anyone. Your symptoms do not suggest MS, do not come to conclusions before diagnosis. The neurologist is the right person to come to diagnosis on your long term symptoms coupled with your MRI report. Have patience and keep your energy to make yourself fit as your family would always need you. Take care!

I just posted yesterday that I also get that twitching. My post subject was, "stomach ache with bad taste in my mouth". I mentioned that I just get scared when I have so many complications and side affects, (possibly from my meds). It makes me think that there is something seriously wrong with me.
I will be laying down feeling very relaxed and suddenly I start twitching all over my body, it only last a couple seconds but its very scary. I was told it could be the meds I'm taking. I take oxycotin ER twice a day and vicodin 4 to 6 time in a day for breakthrough pain. It says in my post what all my complications are. And the one concerned is I just had a MRI on my brain because I get migraines and the doc talked to me on the phone he told me he saw unusual spots on my brain. He said it didn't look like anything serious, no tumors. I  have an appointment with him the end of June and he said he would discuss it further with me. I'm still a little scared about that. He is having another specialist look at it. Although I would think he would want me to come in sooner if it was anything serious. I also thought I might have MS,  I posted on here about it and someone that had MS herself told me I didn't have the symtoms, it didn't sound like it. That made me feel better.
Try to keep your spirit up, I know its hard sometimes but you just have to think of all the other things you are grateful for. I'm sure there are many.
Good luck with you, I will keep you in my prayers.
