Haemangioma

I have just recently had a MRI of the Lumbar Spine due to back pain, pins and needles in toes, burning feeling in leg, knee pain gradually getting worse over a eight year period.
The report came back with      moderate degee of canal stenosis
L4/5 degeneration  T2 signal difusse posterior annular bulge
                                            osteoarthrosis of the zygapophyseal joints
quite a marked thickening of the ligamenta flava

All of the above is about what the Doc thought there would be however also there was a 1.5cm haemangioma of the L2 verebaral body which he just referred to as nothing to worry about but after lookin it up and reading some of the comments on your forum I am now concerned it may have some thing to do with the pain I have been having over the last few years. Does anyone have any advise for me. Thankyou

Hemangioma are very rarely symptomatic. Are you having localized pain in the L2 area of your spine?
