Head Help

I have pressure and tinging accross my forehead, above my eyes.  I also feel lightheaded/dizzy.  Along with headaches which gradually come though the day.
I have been to my MD and possible cause is stress however, feel I am not under stress.  Could this be Sinusitis?  

Has anyone had the same symptoms, and if so, have they been diagnosed?

Hi thanks for this.
I was reading up on Sinusitis, however I don't have any other flu symptoms.  Maybe sneezing a bit more but with summer coming that could be hayfever.  I have a slight "rushing" in my ears.  Feels like a million ants crawling along my forehead with pressure and lightheaded.
I think I'm going to get some over the counter sinus pain relief and see does this make a difference and if not I will go back to my MD.

Interesting. I have been having these symptoms (plus a few others) for 3 months now following a 103 degree fever I came down with.  My eyes feel like they are going to pop out of my head, very pressured.  Also very lightheaded and fatigued with all this.  I had an MRI 6 days ago and first findings were "chronic sinustis".  I was given some anti-biotics, and this started to make me feel much better for 4 days.  Then, starting 2 days ago I have regressed back.  I actually had one day 2 weeks ago where I was blacking out, and my right hand starting shaking (seizure stuff).  Do you have nasal congestion?  I don't, but have some post nasal drip.  My worst headaches are bad, the type that stop you in your tracks.  What is your next step?     Bret in MN
