Heaviness in head and feels like im high
Dear doc,
my problem started since one week.the weather has become cold in my place.but i dont know if thats the reason. It started when i bended over to take a bottle of water i felt dizzy and lost balance.I thought it was due to the normal sinus problems i have generally.But normally it goes of in some time.A week got over and i still have this and i met the doc.My bp is normal.my sinus is clear.checked blood results all are normal.triglycerides are a bit high.But whatever this feelin of mine has increased in the past 2 days.Its a feeling like im high as if i have doped.but not the alcohol drinking effect high.its like i have smoked weed.But i havent.I feel like im not in my senses whn i still am.I feel like my brain is sleeping of.I went to another doc and he said its coz of the weather change and some equilibrium is not in balance.Im taking a tablet which is stugeron.I really feel like im not in conscious but i am.is it because of the cold weather?or something else?My doc has also asked me to reduce my weight.Im 169cm and 100+kg.Is that got something to do with this problem of mine?Im really worried.My lifestyle is like i go to work at morning 7 and come back at 5.eat something and take a break.then i at times go for swimming or a normal walk.physical activity is low.Please let me know if u have any questions for me to come to a specific reason.please reply to ***@**** ASAP.Thanks.
