C2-C3: Mild to moderate right and mild left facet arthropathy. No disc
bulge or herniation. No significant central canal or neural foraminal
stenosis.
C3-C4: Minimal spondylotic ridging minimally effaces anterior thecal sac.
Mild uncovertebral hypertrophic changes. Minimal facet arthropathy
bilaterally. No significant central canal or neural foraminal stenosis.
C4-C5: Mild broad-based disc osteophyte complex, and mild uncovertebral
hypertrophic changes, right more than left, results in mild effacement of
the anterior aspect of the thecal sac. Moderate right and mild left facet
arthropathy. Uncovertebral hypertrophic changes result in moderate right
and mild left neural foraminal narrowing.
C5-C6: A mild to moderate broad-based disc osteophyte complex, eccentric
left paracentrally, results in deformity of the ventral cord. Uncovertebral
hypertrophic changes are present bilaterally. Mild to moderate bilateral
facet arthropathy. Combined these changes result in moderate bilateral
neural foraminal narrowing, mildly increased since the prior exam.
C6-C7: Mild broad-based disc bulge with a small superimposed left
paracentral disc protrusion, mildly increased in size compared to the prior
study, results in mild deformity of the ventral cord. Uncovertebral
hypertrophic changes and small left lateral endplate osteophytes. Combined
these changes result in at least moderate left and mild right neural
foraminal narrowing. Slightly increased compared to prior study.
C7-T1: Unremarkable.
