Help please

I am not sure this should be posted here but I am going to try.  I was recently diagnosed with adult ADD.  I am taking Ritalin.  Can Ritalin cause acne and cold sores?

Hello

I do take Ritalin every day.  I am 46 years old and was not diagnoised with ADD as a child due to the era.  I see a therapist and thru this have discovered I had all the symptions in childhood and most likely was ADD as a child.  My sister is also ADHD.

Thank you for the answer.

Hello.

These two conditions are not noticed with Ritalin. You may have had them coincidentally.

Adult ADD is associated with a lot of other psychological problems. To avoid them, you should try and take Ritalin regularly.

Can you mention if you had AD/HD symptoms in the childhood?

Regards
