Help.......

Hi, I had a fall in Feb, . In June MRI was done, neck back and brain w/contour.  My companies Neuro doctor has been treating me, but I have a lot of ? pls help
He released me, but after MRI was done, now I have monthly appointments.  He indicates white spot on my head is hardening of arteries in my brain. Said nothing, just quit smoking and change diet. Which, I am doing.   but I want to know what is caused me to go into hospital week after fall.  numbness and pain left side of head, my face numb lft side , feet, left calf..numb as well.right eye pain.,speech slightly off. ws told Parathesis .I want to make sure I did not have mini stroke to prevent future....Report reads right frontal white matter, nonspecific.  Differential diagnosis includes ischemic microvascular change, demyelination, CNS Lymes disease, migraine, and vasculitis,,,,Focus of T2Flair hyperintensity is seen in right frontal white matter anteriorly at level of centrum semiovale,     meds Midrin   .Thanks Mich

How are you?
Yes a mini stroke is a possibility in your case. The symptoms of weakness and numbness of one side of the body with slurred speech and white matter changes in the MRI are seen in stroke.
Please continue with your dietary restrictions and it is good that you have quit smoking.
Keep your BP and blood cholesterol under control and exercise daily.
