I am not doing well. I haven't been in the heat I have been staying out of it. The rash is on my arms. I do have something called livedo ritucularis which is a type of rash on my legs. I also have a butterfly rash on my cheeks and bridge of nose.

Hi,

How are you?
There is a possibility that what you have is a heat rash.
Where exactly do you have the rash?
I would suggest you to avoid the sun. Make sure you use sunscreen with good SPF. Sunglasses and hat are also a must in your case.
Calamine lotion will provide you relief. Please consult a dermatologist if the rash persists.
