I dont know what is happening to mw

I have lots of issues. I am 20 year old female. When i was 16 i was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder but i am not taking any meds because it is not that hard. I am not sure when i started to forget but i can not remember more then half of my life but i can remember bits and pieces of bad things that happened to me. lately i started to forget things that i eat, said and did 10 minutes ago. I will go to a Doctor but i wanted to speak about what is happening to me. I feel sometimes unbalanced and a noticed that there are two bumps at the back of my head, one is bigger then the other but it does not hurt at all. I have low iron but its not that low anymore, and the feeling of dizziness and like i am unbalanced but not at the same time. does  body have any idea? sometimes the place where there is a bump kind of feels like throbbing pain that is new.

Well, if the bumps are no larger than your thumb, these are likely cysts, which will form on many places on the body, they happen from clogged skin pores.  Seeing a regular doc is necessary, he may refer you to a dermatologist if he thinks they're cysts, or he may refer you to a neurologist if he thinks they are interfering with your nerves.  You say your iron level is fine now, but I can tell you that many women have wildly fluctuating iron levels due to female hormonal changes.  Again, seeing the regular doc, he can do a general checkup to make sure your loss of balance and dizziness are not related to something like a circulatory problem, and some bloodwork run to see just what your iron and vitamin levels are looking like.  Dizziness is most definitely one of the "side effects" of too little iron, but can also signal a variety of other health issues, thus the need to see a general doc.

As for your anxiety, staying active, drinking plenty of water, and eating well-balanced meals are key to keeping anxiety in check, as well as taking a multivitamin and mineral supplement twice a week.  But anxiety can also be caused, again, by a variety of health issues, which a general doc can check for anything out of the ordinary that may be contributing to this, like endocrine levels of all your hormonal glands.  If he finds any of those readings off, he'll send you to an endocrinologist, for example.  You need a general checkup to look into all these things, just tell that doc exactly what you've told us, and he'll know what stuff to look for.
