Welcome to the medhelp neurology forum. you sustained a head injury followed by dizziness and shaking sensation. There would have been bleeding and concussion injury to the brain causing these symptoms. This calls for an emergency hospital visit because hematomas behave differently, it could enlarge rapidly deteriorating the consciousness. If it is a subdural hematoma, surgical decompression done as early as possible reaps remarkable recovery.
Shooting pain throughout the head, neck and jaw could be due to some bony injury or cervical intervertebral disc prolapsed causing nerve root compression. There could be a nerve entrapment also causing these.
You need to reach out to a neurologist for a detailed clinical examination along with an MRI brain and cervical cord since neck symptoms are also present.
Meanwhile restrict the mobility of your head and neck till you can reach a physician. Self medication of any kind even analgesics is not recommended. Keep me posted and all the best.
sounds like you need to go to the dr. asap. you may have a concussion as well as other problems. an mri at the very least should give you more information.
good luck and i hope you will keep us posted!
