Get your back checked! I have all of your symptoms, and just got an x-ray of my spine...very scary!!! I have a severe scoliosis and degenerative neck damage! Beter to be safe than sorry...mine is irreversable, but may be worked on to reduce symptoms hopefully!

hi, im a 44 year old female. Your symptams remind me of mine, please check if you have amalgam fillngs most people have.
Contact a mercury free dentist to have them checked out as these fillings can be highly toxic to some people and could be poisoning your whole system. Since amalgam removal my health has improved.  I had become electrically sensitive to any electrical appliances, especial whilst driving my car.  My mouth would burn and sting and pain would shoot down my arms and legs.  Walkin through department stores or walking on esculators would leave me feeling weak and dizzy. Since removal of amalgam fillings for composite(white)fillings, my health has improved dramatically.  The first symptom to go was the ever present head pressure above my eyes, the relief was fantastic. Infact the removal of amalgam was so relieving, i encouraged my husband, who suffered from severe vertigo for four years, to also have his removed. Since removal he hasn't had any further attacks.

Hi. I am also 24. For six years now I have had tinnitus, which is ringing in the ears. This does not usually go away. I also have vertigo, which causes me to have dizzy spells. Check out Meniere's disease. I have experienced some of the same symptoms you have. I don't have a problem with sweating but the dizziness, pressure, lack of energy and vision problems sound familar. I hope this helps. Sometimes I think I am just going to lose my mind. I am not on medication, but I know there is some out there for these symptoms.

See the post further down about Pseudotumor Cerebri or look that subject up on the Web.  Hope that helps.  Good Luck.  I have the exact smae symptoms and thats the diagnosis my neurologist gave me.  Look this condition up and read about the symptoms and see if they don't sound like you, if they do, ask your PCP for the proper testing to confirm or rule it out.  AGAIN hopr that helps you some.  Good Luck once Again.

SOrry to hear about your symptoms. A formal neurological examination by a neurologist would be important (if not already done) to see if there is anything wrong going on in the brain. If the doctor you speak of is a neurologist, then get a second opinion. You mentioned a CAT scan, but an MRI of the brain with dye is a much better test and may be indicated in your case depending on the neuro exam. Check all meds you are taking including herbals for possible side effects. Also think about chemical =s you may be exposed to at work, carbon monoxide at home, etc... Start from there and your physicians should be able to lead you in the right direction. Best of luck.
