Thank you for the advise. I will check in to this before it becomes more serious. Bad enough I am having difficulty picking up my 5 month old daughter! Thank you
Dr Rajgopal did a good job explaining the possible reasons. It is very important you recieve an evaluation from a physician as soon as possible because the damage could become irreversible. Rigfht now it appears nerves are being intermittantly pinched (compressed). If they are pinched long enough and hard enough you can end up with chronic pain and disability. X-rays are obsolete for evaluation of this problem. The MRI gives the physician a good look at exactly what is pinched and where. Early intervention is essential in a problem of this nature.
Hi,
The symptoms of numbness and tingling along with burning sensation in the extremities may be due to spinal nerve compression in the back and neck. The causes could be disc herniation, protrusion, spinal stenosis or many others. Please go for MRI of spine and consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
