Is it H Pylori

I chose this topic because i've had pain, moderate to severe, for at least 5 years  But at this moment my main complaint is not being able to get a deep breath for about 3 days now. Back in Aug.of 2008 I had an endoscopy done. I didn't hear from them and assumed all was ok. Mid Sept. I was accepted into a Johnson & Johnson disc replacement study and had T6/T7 disc replaced in hopes of some pain relief. The surgery was a success and the main pain in my arm is gone. Unfortunately I have several other discs that are not great and a diagnosis of fibromylgia (which I am doubtful of ) that plague me with pain constantly. In Oct I went to FL for a month to vacation and to get my strength back. With each day I got increasingly more uncomfortable, noticing I had gained at least 25 lbs, could not drink alcohol and eat alot of my favorite foods w/out getting sick. Eventually we left early for home. We drove from FL to NY. There wasn't a minute I was comfortable, I even had to unsnap my bra because of the bloating. When we arrived home a letter was there from the gi Dr. I had H Pylori (spelling?). Iwent thru 2 rounds of prep packs. And still today have some of the same symtoms as in October (and earlier than that) and test positive for H. Pylori. (blood test). The GI dr's nurse insist I don't have the infection anymore. I have gained still more weight even though my diet is slim. I'm not extremely active but enough so that I should not be 35Lbs overweight. I still cannot drink alcohol or eat alot of things, not that I've got a hugh appetite, I don't. I also have times that I smell odors that no one else smells, mainly a "bitter coffee" smell. Now I have not been able to get a deep breath. I've gone from a 38 to a 42 in bra size and still feel constricted. I have so many health issues but don't seem to be getting answers here.  I do take oxycotin, soma, andcymbalta. Also I take prilosec. Please if you can help me.
