Is it all in my head such weird symptoms in short time

I will try to make this as simple as possible. I must say please give me honest feed back if it is positive or negative towards me because I to am questioning if this is all in the mental aspect of my head and I am just seeking attention possibly. I am 26, married, and the mother to two. I work at a computer most of the day and until June of this year my health has been simple issues, have never had surgery, never been hospitalized. Prone to bladder infections. I will narrow by month what has happened and someone tell me if I am a hypochondriac or maybe there is a problem. I seek advice here because my uncle on paternal side has this.
June of this year came with extreme fatigue to the point I would use my lunches to sleep in my car, blood in stool, dizzy and almost fainting. Always dizzy upon standing up and just feeling ill. Found out I had a stomach ulcer and that answered the blood issue.
July still extremely fatigued and dizzy happening more then not. Started getting muscle twitches in neck that would leave me wobbly and shaky but only left side.
August twitches on full left side of body and it is making me clumsy, that or my fatigue is. My knee and ankle keep giving out on me and I almost fall down and must grab something. This happened about once a week.
September to now the dizzy has turned into a feeling of unbalanced a good part of the day, the fatigue is chronic though I have good days. I feel itchy at night and keep getting leg cramps that wake me up. The twitching is often and now I have flashes of light in the side vision but that is only every few days and I do have glasses so I don’t know if thats just age related. Ok thanks any opinions?
