Is there a doc in the house that knows what is going on?

I am a 39 year old and here is my layout:
I have bad jerking spells where my arms, legs, neck and head will flip flop around uncontrolled. I get bad headaches everyday. Seems they are stronger on the right side and the pain is unbearable. If I get one on the left side I can tolerate the pain if it is on the left side.
I was given an MRI of April 2010 and I got the results in and here is what them findings were:
There are no regions of abnormally increased or decreased signal intensity, nor of abnormal flow void with exception of some widely scattered punctate regions of T2 and FLAIR signal hypertinsity within the deep white matter both frontal lobes.
This might represent some vasculitis, or early changes of Multiple Sclerosis.

After I read that my doctor took it as I had MS. My wife and I began doing research on MS and seen that the jerking spells I get really had nothing to do with MS nor was I having all the symptoms of MS.
I seen 2 nero docs and both of seen no signs of MS. However one said I had Action Myoclonus and the other had said Myoclonus and seen some brain damage. But never elaberated on the damaged area. Both the doctors were giving me drugs that made me really loopy and dopy which was not doing a thing. The jerking was still there along with the headaches.
On January of 2011 I went to get a follow up MRI cause my headaches are still around as well as the jerking which has gotten much worse.
My doctors had called me and said that there was no change in between the 2 MRI's. I got a copy of this MRI result and I seen a change in there. They had also said there was nothing more they could do. As if I was done for.
Here is the results word for word on the 2nd MRI:
1. No acute intercranial findings
2. Stable MRI of the brain with gadolinium since 04/06/2010. A few scattered T2 and FLAIR signal abnormalities are likey on the basis of microangiopathic disease.

Microangiopathic was not mention in my 1st MRI scan. My wife and I looked up microangiopathic disease and came up short. My wife and I had seen microangiopathic anemia disease.
We understood what microangiopathic is. But what kind seen how we seen different ones?
Is there blood testing or other types of testing we can get to narrow this down?
It feels like I am chasing a tail that I don't have!!!
I know my memory comes and goes. I can carry on a conversation and few minutes later I can forget the entire thing. I can not sit near a wall due to the fact I am liable to jerk back into it bouncing my head off the wall. I  also can tire out really easy plus loose my balance. I when I start to loose my balance I will go backwards.I am afraid to hold my 4month old cause I don't want to loose my balance an go backwards with him.
I would really like to know what is going on and maybe a pointer on where to start. After all my doc said they did all they can do as if I am done for.

My nero doc found a cyst on the back left side of my head. It was not seen on the first MRI i had done. But on the second MRI it was not noted in the results. But he was able to see it right off.  He is doing an EEG test next week and prescribed me Depakote for my headaches.
He is also talking about doing a spinal tap to look for any types of infections and to rule out any other types of possibilities such as MS.
He said the cyst is really of no concern. But wouldn't it also cause me to often lose some of my balance and headaches?  He said it would not have an impact on what i am dealing with.So he is not doing anything with it.

I had talked to the MRI people who read them today. They had let me know that the Microangiopathic disease and small vessel ischemia are the same meaning. I had went an looked on other sites an found that it deals with having a stroke. Now i am more scared then ever on what could happen to me. I am trying to find a Nero doctor who will help me with this. But i honestly do not know where to go or what to do or what type of treatments to do. I need to know anything and everything i need to do. So please if anyone reads this help me figure out what to do.
