Weird shocking, or tingling feeling in my foot, what is it?

So some details, I'm 13 and I've spent ages trying to find something online about this but nothing. Sometimes I get this weird "shocking/tingling/numb" pain in my left foot. It kind of feels like rice is being tipped over it... It only happens when I'm constipated, so not sure if it is a coincidence or if it is related. I haven't got any medical conditions or anything either... Please help me :(

My mother has similar weird issues as well due to her gut issues affecting her vagus nerve. There are plenty of articles on the vagus nerve if you want to check that out. :)
