Can someone please help me out?

A year ago I was mowing the lawn. I got hit, came inside, took a shower and lay education down. From there things got worse. I couldn't move my left side and my speech was slurred. I was taken to the er where they thought I was having a stroke but nothing came up on the test. But the blood pressure was 260/220. After 3 days in the hospital, and countless tests they dismissed me with no answers. My speech has been slowed. I am in constant pain. My left hand is in a fist and my left foot turns in. After seeing another neurologist with another round of tests, nothing is found. So here I am with symptoms that can't be treated and nowhere to go. I don't drink, smoke or do drugs. My blood pressure is always running high but I'm on medication for it. Can someone help
