Losing control over arm/dexterity

Dear readers,

I'm a healthy 22 year old student that has been in one of the scariest situation in his life. Since 5 month ago, ive been witnessing loss of motor control in the right arm(elbow movement specifically). I have been to doctors and a neurologist, an mri of my brain and neck has been made, emg was also done, but nothing was found. The neurologist advised me to let it go and see what happens, but the problem is that it has become worse. Up to the point where the arm hurts, where I cant even eat or drink normally :(. I dont know what to do anymore, it seems that my doctors are giving up on me and I dont even have some sense of support of them. Do anyone of you have possible something similar as what im going through.
