I need help. I am 43, very active, excellent bp 110/70 heat rate 60. I've always exercised, bike/aerobic/dancing/ice skating. I started kickbox aerobic 10/99, mid Nov I hurt my lower back pruning bushes. The pain subsided to almost nothing. Then on 12/15 I thought I first had the flue

I need help!
I have hip to thigh pain since 12/14/1999. Initially it hit my lower back pain
I have had problems with my legs for 2 or 3 years now; numbness and tingling in both legs while sitting or lying down. I have a headache every other day, sometimes 2 or 3 days in a row. My head starts to pound upon standing. I fell down the stairs in April of 2000, I went to the er and found out that I have several different abnormalities of the 5th lumbar disk. The doctor said that he didn't think the fall had caused it but that it had been that way for a long time. They didn't tell me exactly what was wrong but I was wondering if this could be the cause of the problems with my legs? If so what should I do?
