MRI Lumbar & Cervical Results

Can someone help me understand these results please? I just got these back today and won't see my dr. til next Wed. Is there anything of great concern on the impression?
IMPRESSION:
1. Multilevel spondylosis most significant at C4-5 where there is moderate to severe
mass effect in the lateral recess regions as well as mild-to-moderate broad-based mass
effect upon the cord. Potential impingement upon both C6 nerve roots. More
questionable potential impingement upon the left C7 nerve root at C6-7 secondary to
asymmetric uncovertebral osteophyte. No other sites suspicious for neural impingement.
Small focal area of increased T2 signal within the left anterior aspect of the cord at
C5-6. This may represent a small area of encephalomalacia related to previous cord
impingement. ACDF C5-6 with no complicating features. See above for more detail.

2. MR lumbar spine reveals postsurgical changes L4-5 and L5-S1 with no complicating
features. Degenerative change as described above but no significant canal, lateral
recess or neuroforaminal narrowing. No neural impingement.

Are you having a lot neck and arm pain, how long ago did you have your fusion done?

I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia about 3 months ago by my Primary Dr and confirmed a few days ago by my Neurologist. He said the Fibro was caused by the Osteoarthritis in my left knee that was found back in 2008, but has never been treated. So, yes, I hurt all over sometimes from the neck down to my toes and sometimes shoulder down to my toes. It is a dull, achy, throbbing pain most of the time, that is worse on the days that I work. I have to wear hand braces at night to keep my hands and arms from waking me numb and tingling. My neck fusion was done in 2007 and my lumbar fusion was in 2005.
