MRI report

Hello,

This is reg my dad - 76 yrs old - having problem of short memory loss...
can you provide expertise view on his MRI report :
Few lacunar T2 signla intensity area is seen in bilateral centrum semiovale region not displaying any rerstriction in diffusion suggestive of age related changes.
Basal Cisterns, cortical sulci and sylvian fissures are prominent  - age related changes (needs clinical correlation). VII & VIII nerve complexes are normal . No evidence of CP angle mass is seen.
Moderate degree of mucoperiosteal thickining is noted in left maxillary sinus and billateral ethmoid air cells.
Mild fluid is seen in right mastoid air cells. No evidence of any lesion in the adjacent temporal lobe or cerebellar  parenchyma.
