Are these related to one another?

Thank you for reading this. I'm in need of some guidance. I had a baby in July and started having headaches right after that. I went and had 2 MRIs last year and it only said that I had a pineal cyst/tumor that was 8mm. In March I had another MRI and it was now 1.4cm X 0.8cm and there was nothing else. So My Endocrinologist wanted me to have another MRI and a thyroid ultrasound since it was enlarged. Well it came back that the pineal cyst/tumor is the same size and I have a 4mm putuitary microadenoma(that's what they think it is). And my ultrasound came back to say that I have several nodules in my thyroid. The biggest ones are 1.7cm X 1.84cm (lower pole), a cyst in the lower pole that measures .66cm and a nodule in the left lobe that measures 1.68cm X 1.37cm. I'm going to see a Neurologist soon. But I was wondering do you think these could be related to one another? I think it's a little strange to have all of those going on. The almost daily symptoms include headaches (which is mainly right above my nose and sometimes it goes over under my eyebrows), ear pressure, memory loss, sore throat, no sex drive and I'm always tired. I'm on Synthyroid 100mg
and last month my horomone level was normal. Do you think I should try to fight to see a Neurosurgeon? I don't know if this matters but I'm a 25 year old female who is very active and in shape. I've never had any health problems until now. My Dr. found the thyoid problem during my pregnancy. Thank You!

I would agree with seeing the neurologist to start with. The pineal cyst is most likely not causing your headaches. Also, the pituitary adenoma seems to small to also explain your symptoms, but I would need to see your scan. Other things to consider would be a blocking off of one of the veins in the brain. During the post-partum period women are hypercoaguable and prone to developing clots. This may be seen on the normal MRI, but may require a special MR venogram to look at the veins. Sleep deprivation, which is common in new parents, could also contribute to chronic headaches, and sinus disease should be excluded. Lastly, using over the counter pain medications daily could result in rebound headaches. I hope this helps. Good luck.

most symptoms have correlation.  we are a very refined machine.  go to a chiropractor and get x-rays then have the dr. manipulate your spine after a while of good chiropractic have your symptoms checked ut by a medical doctor.  wait til some of your symptoms subside so you don't confuse the drs. with so many symptoms.  our spine is our life source.  think about all the problems that occur when a person breaks or fractures their spine.  FIRST START WITH YOUR SPINE.  then you can spend the money n al the other testing.

I forgot to add that I will have a biopsy on my thyroid next week.

I meant to ask if the cyst/tumors could be related to one another. Not the symptoms. I'm more worried about all of these findings all over in my brain and throat. Sorry for the confusion.
