Mri report

I just had this MRI performed and and I have an appointment to get a nerve study done, then an appointment with an Neurosurgeon. Does this report look as bad as it reads. What can I expect

Disc bulge and uncovertebral arthropathy with bilateral neural foraminal stenosis and relative spinal canal stenosis at C3-4,C4-5, C5-6 AND C6-7.

1. Bilateral L5 spondylolysis with grade I spondylolisthesis.
2. Disc bulge at L5-S1 with central and left paracentral annular tear.
3. Central annular tear with disc protrusion at L4-5.
4. Left foraminal disc protrusion at L3-4
