My husband has been having some tremors in his left arm and hand, why?

He is 55 years old, has history of seizues at night, but he is not taking his primidone because he had no episodes for long time now, he has high blood pressure and Type 2 diabetes(his blood sugar is under control), severe osteoarthritis in left knee- needs knee replacement, arthritis in right foot, old left ankle/foot surgery in the past, lumbar stenosis with compression of the dural sac, and asthma(under control). This episodes of tremor has been happening for two days in a row. What could this be? Thanks!
