I have Disk herniation is there any cure?
I have Disk herniation at L4 L5 causing me very Bad pain in my right leg and Back.can you guide me to go back to normal life if there is anyway.

Yes, I don't know if it will work completely but have you seen your doctor? What do they say? Go to a orthopedic surgeon for a consultation. Also there are pain clinics to help you with the pain.

Yes i went to Doctors but they only give painkillers and some kind of vitamins.

What about a chiropractor. They may be able to help with any questions you have. Or taking hot bats with Dr. Teal's Epsom salts, it has magnesium in it to help relieve inflammation and relax muscles. These things will not stop disc issues.
