Phenomenon, or am I just crazy?

Hello, I'm 21 years old. For a long time now, I've been able to do something that I find a little odd, and I was wondering if you had any insight on the matter. While laying in bed, if I relax all of my muscles, I can sort of, for lack of better words, "pulse". It seemingly sends some sort of reaction throughout my body in a wave of minor pleasure. It's almost as if I am able to trigger a wave of endorphins. It feels good, but not to the point that I do it a lot. I mainly do it when I am trying to fall asleep, as it concentrates my brain on releasing said chemical, which in turn distracts me from any outlying thoughts that keep me awake. If you could point me in the direction of this phenomenon, or at least tell me that I'm not crazy, (haha) I would be forever grateful! Thanks in advanced!
