Post brain aneursym clipping neuro problems

I had an unruptured aneursym clipped in March and had some problems afterward. I had to teach myself to spell again, had mild speech problems, and short term memory problems. I also had eyelid droop on the side of the crainiotomy and the surgeon ordered a MRI to see if I had a ministroke. The MRI was fine. I was told the my "brain didn't respond well" to the surgery. I'm grateful that I'm still around and had no serious complications, but wonder what caused this to happen. Can you have vasoconstriction after clipping without having a stroke? Anybody have any ideas? Trying to decided on coiling and stenting on a large aneursym on the otherside with it's neck a little into the brain and almost all of the dome out of the brain (caverous sinus). Is my brain "sensitive to manipulation" and am I more likely to have simular problems with treatment?

I've decided to let my left brain recover more completely before getting the aneursym treated on my right side. It's only been 5 months since my clipping.
