Punched on my face and side of my head, 3 weeks later I developed a droopy eyelid.

I was punched on one side of my face and side of my head several times, and there was a lot of swelling and I got a black eye. The swelling went down after a few days and the black eye went away after about 2 weeks (although my eye bag is now darker), but 3 weeks after the initial incident, after I thought I'd basically recovered, I suddenly developed a droopy eyelid, and reduced feeling around the outside corner of that eye and cheekbone. It's a bit droopier than Forest Whitaker's. Furthermore, the eye itself is very bloodshot (even though I can still close my eyelid), and in the mornings I wake up with a lot more sleepy dust than the other eye. Not sure if it's just pink eye, because it started around the same time that I noticed the drooping. It's been 2 weeks since I first noticed the eyelid, for a total of 5 weeks since I was punched. What is going on? What's the likelihood that this goes away on its own eventually? Should I see a neurologist or an ophthalmologist?
