Question About Post Viral?

Hi there. About two weeks ago, I started experiencing soreness in all of my limbs, a constant mild headache, overall fatigue, and tingling in my forearms and hands when I would lay down. At first I thought I had just been over-training, in terms of exercise, but I went to the doctor after a week of experiencing these symptoms. He said it might be post-viral syndrome.

He didn't order any tests or blood work, just asked me to come back in two weeks to see how I'm feeling. Now, the symptoms have somewhat improved. I'm no longer fatigued. The soreness has gone down, and the headache is only sporadic now. Tingling has decreased as well. However, I've noticed that as the tingling has decreased, my arm, shoulder, and lat muscles have been twitching and spasming - on both sides, but a little more on my right side, and almost exclusively when I'm trying to sleep. Both arms also are experiencing very slight numbness when lying down, and my right hand is slightly weak. My leg muscles will sporadically twitch as well, but not nearly as often. I'm just curious if this still sounds like post-viral syndrome.
