having veritgo ,nause,balance problems,pain in one eye.mra and mri of head shows aneurysm in head and neck , cta shows no aneuryms. i am confused. ent dr thinks a have a neuropathy and headache problems .

It is more likely due to the aneurysm. Consult your Neurologist and get a clear idea on the treatment plan for the aneurysm.
