4 yr survivor, I can understand your worry about not wanting to over react to your symptons, but get yourself to your oncologist now!  I am a 1 1/2 yr survior myself of stage IV BC, and I am telling that while chemo may cause symptons, they occur during treatment, not 4 yrs later.  My cancer had spread to the lymphs above the clavicle and I had knots and a sore neck.  You probably have just an infection, but you need to let your oncologist make the call.  Don't worry about the possibilty of "it's back" I put the matter to rest and get visit over with, either way you will feel better for confirming or eliminating what you fear the most.

I have been having a slight tremor in my left hand and I feel it going up into my arm.  I am a 4 year br.ca. survivor.  I have also been having extreme headaches for about two weeks.  I have not had a history of migraines, so I don't think that is the problem.  My neck region on the left side has been somewhat swollen,  like it could be the lymph nodes?  Anyway, I am somewhat concerned that this could be related to Br.ca. mets.  Scarey thought!  I don't want to be running scared to the doc.  Behind my eye on the side I am having the bad headache it is tender.  Based on all this,  should I take this somewhat serious and have it checked out?

I'm not sure what you mean by a blood clot on your cerebral artery - of course a blood clot in the brain can cause a variety of neurological complaints, depending on where it is situated

Its difficult to tell what might be going on with the information you provide. Your doctor may want to perform some general blood tests to look for a systemic illness such as a thyroid disorder, or autoimmune condition. Whole body turning, can be from a focal seizure, so an EEG would be a useful test to perform. You should have a complete neurological examination, and if focal features are found you would need a brain MR scan. Migraines can produce a variety of symptoms as well as headache, but other conditions need to be excluded first

A general neurologist might be a good place to start.
