Severe Burning Feet for 4 years otherwise healthy

Can anyone give me any help for my poor burning feet?  I have been suffering for about 4 years.  I have seen 4 doctors and so far no lasting help.  I am 55 years old, normal weight and health.  BUT I could cry with the pain in my feet.  The burning goes away if I remove my socks and shoes and soak them in cold water.
I have seen a Neurologist, a Podiatrist, acupuncture, and my Family doctor, also a Chiropractor.  Someone please help or refer me to someone who can help.  When my feet sweat, it is the worst. and they seem to smell when they sweat.  The Podiatrist says I do not have a fungal infection.  The skin on my feet and my toenails are normal.  I take a regular vitamin and a Super B complex.  All my blood tests have been normal and I have tested
as not diabetic (even with 2 hour GTT) on three occasions.  My fasting sugar level is 89.  I soak my feet at night in a Tea Tree soap that is anti fungal and no sulfates.
Here are the things that help:
No shoes
No sulfate shampoo, soap or laundry detergent
Soak in cold water with tea tree soap
Here are things that KILL ME:
Tight shoes and socks.
The sweat my feet produces, it seems to burn my feet and then they take time to heal.

I take progesterone and estradidol for menopause.  I tried the drugs for Neuropathy---and they about killed me!!!  I have a job and I need to perform compilicated financial calculations on my job.  Lyrica, Pristiq, and the latest Lamotrigine--I have to stop after a week because of the terrible brian fog.

Help or advice please.  Thanks for reading.
