Sharp shooting pains in legs

I am a 25 yo Male.  I recently had shingles from an unknown cause..  Has blood work and hiv test.  The doc said i was in Perfect health. This all started with my left foot getting warm.  Not uncomfortably hot.. but warm.  The same night i noticed the warm sensation..   I noticed a tingling sensation shoot up my whole leg..  through my back..  to my left eye and side of face.  I had a great feeling of apprehension and went to the er.  They did a bunch of test and said i was fine.   3 weeks later  i am getting horrible sharp pains in my left foot..  warm and tingling sensations up my whole left leg.. my calves are twiching and cramping.  Sometimes it feels like i am getting shocked.  I am also feeling tingling and pain in my left shoulder and hand.  and my face twitches so much below my left eyes its driving me crazy. I have also noticed waves of purple in my perhipial vision when i bend over and its dark. I feels something is wrong and the docs are saying Nothing..  They say its all unrelated..  but I have never had any problems befor this.    I just would like a different opinion.
Thank you

Hello.

Your idea of eating quality food is excellent. Please do so.

I would like to ask if you have ever felt giddy or had nausea. And do you have any headaches ? Your symptoms are left sided. And you also had to go to the ER due to the feeling of apprehension. Have you ever had such a feeling again after that episode ?

Do not worry. MS or ALS do not seem to be the causes.

Regards

Thank you for the responses. It makes me feel better..  That someone cares.    Some times I have a little bit of a problem falling asleep..   But I cant seem to stay asleep without getting up ever 2 hours or so. When this first happened I wasnt sleeping very good at all.I was so worried that the worst was going to happen..  Like MS. My doc assured it was nothing serious and put me on remeron which helped with my sleep. but I still have a problem waking up during the night. I have pretty much learned to deal with the pain in my legs. I have an appt this coming week with another Prime care provider and I will talk to her about seeing a neurologist.  I just want to rule out things like MS,  or ALS, Hughes syndrome.... ect.. ect..  I dont want to wake up one day and not be able to use a part of my body because I play the drums and my drums are my passion.  I am also going to start eating Alot of raw fruits and vegies . I want to see if maybe my diet is a contributing factor to the symptoms
thank you again

Believe me I know just how2 damn hard it is to find a decent Dr. anymore little lone a good 1! Stay on it & keep track of all your symptoms and dates of onsets & such! GTood Luck!! Hello.

It seems that your symptoms are due to a peripheral neuropathy. The vision problem can be related to it. You need to have a consultation of a Neurologist. A thorough clinical examination is needed.

Have you done any nerve conduction study yet ? How is your sleep ?

Regards
